Tiffany Towers

Tiffany Towers is a 42-storey tower situated on a prominent site at the entrance to the Jumeirah Lakes development, 20km south of Dubai. The design for the building was inspired by the client’s request for a structure that was not only unique but also prestigious.
Atkins was commissioned as lead consultant for architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering design, vertical transportation, fire life and safety and project management for the entire development. This is a 183m high commercial tower with 38 commercial floors, a restaurant and business centre.
The tower has two terraces with lake views and accommodates five levels of basement providing parking facilities for 229 cars, and a business centre and food court on the floor immediately above the podium. The food court has direct access to an outdoor area. In addition, there are 38 commercial floors, guest suites on the 32nd floor and a restaurant on the 42nd. There are separate prayer rooms for men and women, a recreation deck with a fully equipped gymnasium, a sauna, a steam room and a Jacuzzi with lakeside views.
